Our weight program as grown since it was first implemented as an elective, during the 2015-2016 school year JEB started offering 2 weight classes giving our students a choice for the physical education period.  This school year we added another weight class to the day because the demand was so high and keeping class numbers down gives Coach Starnes the ability to train students in proper weight lifting technique that will help prevent  injury now and create great weight lifting habits that will follow them through their life.  Coach Kyle Starnes puts so much in to these kids to help them be the best that they can be and all us at JEB are lucky to have him.
